Do prices include the initial implementation?
Yes. All plans include the initial setup and implementation of the automations. The Starter plan includes an onboarding session, while Growth and Enterprise include a full implementation process with our team.
What happens if I exceed my plan's conversation limit?
We'll notify you when you're close to the limit. You can purchase additional conversation packages or upgrade to the next plan. We never cut off service without prior notice.
